What You’ll Do
You’ll partner closely with architects, designers, consultants, contractors, and clients across all project phases — from early concept and programming through construction administration.
Your responsibilities will include:
Shaping design direction to meet scope, schedule, and budget goals
Developing thoughtful, client-centered interior solutions
Coordinating interior architecture with internal teams and external partners
Preparing and presenting finish palettes and design concepts
Producing detailed project documentation in Revit
Managing FF&E specification and procurement
Supporting construction administration efforts
Mentoring junior team members and contributing to a strong studio culture
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both the creative and technical sides of design.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
5–10 years of professional interior design experience
NCIDQ accreditation
Experience on large-scale, complex projects
Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking and execution
High proficiency in Revit (rendering experience required; Enscape preferred)
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Confidence working directly with clients and consultants
A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently
Preferred experience:

Project management exposure

Compensation & Benefits
$70,000–$100,000 base salary, depending on experience
