What you’ll be doing
Lead and manage multiple workplace projects with a strong focus on delivering exceptional client experiences
Shape design direction by defining scope, schedule, budget, materials, and overall project vision
Collaborate closely with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients to bring ideas to life
Develop and produce detailed project documentation in Revit
Participate in construction administration and ensure design integrity through execution
Create and present compelling interior finish concepts
Oversee FF&E specifications, procurement, and budget management
What you bring
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
8+ years of professional interior design experience, with workplace project exposure
NCIDQ certification or the ability and intent to obtain licensure or NCIDQ certification in the future
Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking and execution
High proficiency in Revit, plus experience with SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite
Ability to manage multiple projects while staying organized and detail-oriented
Confidence in communicating with clients, stakeholders, and project teams
Experience managing FF&E, procurement, and project budgets
