We are seeking a seasoned, multi-faceted Interior Designer III to join a Seattle-based design team. This role spans all phases of the design process, from early programming and conceptual design through construction administration, and involves close collaboration with architects, designers, contractors, and clients.

What You’ll Do
Lead interior design projects of varying sizes and complexity from concept through completion
Provide team leadership, including overseeing and mentoring junior designers
Collaborate closely with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients
Participate in design development, construction documentation, and construction administration
Serve as a technical resource with strong knowledge of codes, detailing, contracts, and project management
Manage client relationships and, as needed, contribute to fee estimates, proposals, and contracts
Oversee FF&E specification, procurement, budgeting, and coordination
Support a collaborative, inclusive, and growth-oriented team culture
What You Bring
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
Minimum of 10 years of professional interior design experience
Ability and intent to obtain licensure or NCIDQ certification in the future
Experience managing large-scale projects and/or multiple concurrent projects
A portfolio demonstrating strong design thinking and execution
High proficiency in Revit
Rendering experience (Enscape preferred)
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Experience developing and managing budgets
Proven ability to mentor and guide project team members
Self-directed, proactive, and solutions-oriented work style
Strongly Preferred
