    Job Description

    We are seeking a talented and certified Interior Designer to join our team in the North East region of the United States. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional interior spaces that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations.

    • Develop comprehensive interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects
    • Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to understand project requirements and constraints
    • Create detailed design plans, including space layouts, lighting schemes, and material selections
    • Utilize CAD software and 3D modeling tools to produce accurate design drawings and visualizations
    • Select and specify furniture, fixtures, equipment, and finishes that align with design concepts and budgets
    • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and accessibility standards
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines and budget constraints
    • Present design concepts and proposals to clients and stakeholders
    • Oversee project implementation, coordinating with contractors and vendors to ensure design integrity
    • Stay current with industry trends, innovative materials, and sustainable design practices
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
    • NCIDQ certification, licensed interior designer status, or licensed architect with interior design experience (USACE experience highly preferred)
    • Proficiency in CAD software, 3D modeling tools, and familiarity with virtual reality (VR) design tools
    • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of interior design projects, including commercial and residential
    • In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, accessibility standards, and sustainable design practices
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
    • Demonstrated expertise in space planning, color theory, lighting design, and material selection

    Additional Information

    _ Salary_ : Salary range is dependent on scope of work, location of project, as well as level of experience. This range could fall anywhere between: $57 - $94k
