    Project Manager + On-Site Stylist + Field Leader Ready to take the lead on staging projects that wow? Olive + Opal Interiors is growing, and we’re looking for a full-time Lead Home Stager — someone who can confidently manage vacant staging projects from start to finish. You’ll lead our on-site installs, preview and plan upcoming listings, coordinate logistics, and help ensure every project feels intentional, elevated, and totally on-brand. This isn’t a desk job — it’s a hands-on, sleeves-rolled-up, let's-make-this-place-look-incredible kind of role. From packing lamps and soft goods to rearranging furniture with purpose, you’ll be at the heart of what makes our projects stand out in a crowded market. Responsibilities: • Lead 2–3 vacant home staging projects per week, start to finish • Preview upcoming listings and create clear, strategic staging plans • Pull, pack, and prep staging items using our Stageforce system • Handle physical work, including packing and moving soft goods, art, accessories, rugs, and occasionally furniture • Oversee project execution and ensure installs meet Olive + Opal’s brand standards • Make confident, on-the-fly decisions to maintain quality and timelines • Communicate layout ideas via simple floor plan sketches and our internal planning tools • Proactively recognize inventory needs and collaborate with the Operations Director and Leadership to plan ahead • Assist with destaging large projects, including packing accessories and soft goods, removing art from walls, and ensuring properties are left clean and client-ready • Collaborate with the founders on furniture and design trends, make recommendations for inventory upgrades, and shop locally for rugs, accessories, and other staging items using a company credit card as needed • Coordinate timing and job needs with the Logistics team • Attend weekly team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement • Occasionally interact with clients or agents on-site with professionalism • Represent Olive + Opal at occasional marketing or networking events Qualifications: • Have a valid driver’s license and your own reliable vehicle (monthly gas stipend provided) • Can lift 50 lbs , work on your feet all day, and don’t shy away from a little sweat • Are confident with G-Suite and open to learning new tools like Stageforce, our inventory management software • Have strong visual judgment and can style a room to feel polished and inviting • Are proactive, organized, detail-obsessed, and great under pressure • Don’t need micromanaging — you thrive when trusted to lead with autonomy • Current on interior design and furniture trends Bonus Points If You... • Have home staging or interior design experience • Have retail merchandising or warehouse/inventory background • Hold a degree in design or have marketing experience • Have photography or social media skills (content creation = major bonus!) • Are calm, creative, and great at pivoting when plans shift Perks + Benefits • Competitive hourly pay ($24-28/hour) • Monthly gas stipend • Retirement plan with company match • Weekly team meetings + real input into our processes • Growth opportunities within a women-owned, award-winning company Compensation: $24 - $28 hourly
