DRG is a commercial doors, frames, and hardware company servicing central New Jersey and eastern Pennsylvania. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Estimator with experience in this field.

Job Requirements:

• Solid understanding of reading blueprints
• Support/engage in sales procurement
• Management duties - Take-off, spreadsheet required products, estimating
• Coordinate orders and fulfill

Job Functions:

Material takeoff and proposal preparation, collaboration with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and others. Managing budgets, estimates, and timelines. Engage with project teams: Project Managers, Engineers, and Clients.

Review/develop all documents related to a project including; submittal packages, acquiring approved submittals, hardware schedule evaluation, and material handling, purchase products, field verification as needed.. Construct orders for placement of all materials required for the project.

The duties of this position may change as DRG’s business model evolves. There are opportunities to grow with DRG; manage and train others, and develop/streamline procedures.

Developers Resource Group (DRG), as subsidiary of Interior Motives, Inc. was formed out of demand to improve the interior finishes procurement process and reduce the costs associated with same. Developers of commercial projects typically purchase interior finishes via their subcontractors. DRG deals directly with the manufacturers to source all finishes and therefore can offer significant savings to the developers. Our newly constructed showroom affords developers the opportunity to visit with manufacturer reps and/or designers and see first hand the selection of finishes available.
