    As an Interior Sales Specialist, you’ll combine creativity and technical knowledge to guide clients through the transformation of their kitchens and bathrooms. You’ll help shape their vision, offer expert advice on products and finishes, and play a key role in turning ideas into lasting spaces—while fueling your own success through revenue generation.

    Requirements:

    Proven experience in kitchen and/or bathroom sales or interior design

    Strong knowledge of materials, fixtures, layouts, and interior design principles

    Excellent communication and customer service skills

    Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

    Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude

    Responsibilities

    Run warm leads approx. 12 - 15 per week

    Ability to work unsupervised/self-motivated

    Build rapport with customers and understand their needs

    Negotiate and secure successful agreements

    Ability to get detailed notes/checklists on consultations

    Attend weekly sales meetings (KPI Reinforcement)

    Exhibit in Company sponsored Trade/Home Shows

    Qualifications

    2 Year of Home Improvement/Construction experience (preferred)

    Strong written and verbal communication skills

    Reliable Transportation

    Work remote temporarily due to COVID-19.
