    The Marketing Campaign Manager will play a crucial role on our team and be responsible for planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns that build awareness, generate conversions, and drive leads for Interlink. This role will work closely with internal and external team members to design campaigns, craft messaging, identify and create deliverables, implement marketing strategies, and drive lead generation.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    ·         Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing efforts, including database, social, email, and online advertising campaigns

    ·         Create and manage integrated lead generation campaigns that drive demand, acquire new leads, increase product adoption, and expand awareness

    ·         Develop and monitor campaign budgets

    ·         Develop new content ideas designed to acquire leads

    ·         Support and work with in-house marketing team during asset creation and execution

    ·         Provide visibility into marketing campaign results, measure campaign effectiveness, and drive strategic decision making for optimized campaign strategies

    ·         Clear, consistent, and frequent communication with the team to outline strategy, tactics, goals, ROI, and performance for campaigns

    ·         Monitor budget distribution and performance of paid ad campaigns

    ·         Proven understanding of the technology cycle and how to implement strategies to generate and nurture leads, drive interest, and accelerate the purchase process

    ·         Analytical tendencies with ability to measure, test, learn, and iterate in order to get the best results possible

    ·         Comfortable with technical topics or the ability to become comfortable with technical topics

    QUALIFICATIONS

    ·         A BS or a BA in marketing/communications preferred

    ·         Experience with various types of marketing campaigns and lead generation tactics

    ·         Self-starter with the ability to learn technical product applications

    ·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    ·         Multitasker with the ability to juggle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced workplace

    ·         Proficient in Microsoft Office

    ·         Creative, motivated, and eager to succeed

    ·         Strong work ethic and attention to detail

    ·         Ability to lead cross-functionally and collaborate and operate in a team environment

    ·         Experience and knowledge in understanding marketing automation and web analytics and the ability to translate them into business successes

    ·         Ability to complete projects, tasks, and deliverables on time, and drive cross-functional team members to complete their respective projects on time
