INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE:

INTERLINK ELECTRONICS is looking for talented Inside Sales Representatives (ISR) to help us continue to scale our organization. This is a great opportunity for a ambitious, creative, hard-working individuals who want to be part of the sales strategy of a growing, fast-paced technology company.

This position will play an important role on our team, spearheading the end-to-end sales process of a solutions-based sales engagement model. You must be comfortable making outbound calls, responding to inbound leads, following up on active quotes, and working with partners.

INSIDE SALES RESPONSIBILITIES

•  Perform daily outbound and inbound sales activities that include emailing, quote and lead follow-up, cold calling to create sales opportunities.
• Serve as initial point of contact for pre-sales customer inquiries.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend solutions to meet their needs.
• Work with other members of the sales team to qualify leads and route them to the correct team member for follow up

INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE QUALIFICATIONS

• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to learn technical products and applications.
• Creative, motivated, and eager to succeed.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Multi-tasker with the ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced workplace.
• Client-based experience a plus.
