A multi-disciplinary architectural, engineering and construction firm is seeking an Intermediate Designer to help them deliver high-quality building envelope design, BIM coordination, and technical documentation. You will contribute immediately to design development and documentation while supporting collaborative, model-based workflows at their Coppell, TX office.

Your Day Includes

• Developing SD and DD level drawings using Revit and AutoCAD
• Producing accurate construction documents and technical narratives
• Collaborating within client BIM models and coordinating linked files
• Incorporating design changes quickly while maintaining model integrity
• Supporting field investigations and building envelope assessments

Must Haves

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (or equivalent)
• 3–5 years of professional experience with 4000+ production hours preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and strong AutoCAD drafting skills
• Strong understanding of BIM workflows, parametric families, and model coordination
