Senior Interior Designer

Top boutique residential interior design firm seeks highly motivated, detail oriented, creative, and super organized interior designer who will be involved in all phases of design projects from initial site survey to final installation and will work closely with Principal. Responsibilities include design development, specification of FF&E (including fabrics), and project management. Candidate must be highly proficient in Autocad with the ability to execute a full set of construction documents. Individual should share the firm’s clean lined modern and classic aesthetic sensibility. We are looking for a sophisticated professional designer who is interested in being a team player and working in a supportive positive environment.

Job Requirements:

-Degree in interior design with minimum 8-10 years experience in residential design

-Highly proficient in AutoCAD with ability to execute a full set of construction documents

-Proficient in millwork design and details

-Knowledge of Studio Designer a plus

-Exceptional attention to detail & extremely organized

-Strong written & oral communication skills

-Must be a self-starter who is capable of working independently

-Strong interpersonal skills

-Collaborate with team members, vendors, consultants, and clients
