DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for daily sales, having knowledge of all of the services available at the Branch.
• Balance currency, coin, and checks in cash drawers at end of shifts, and calculate daily transactions using Intermex Cash Management Policies.
• In charge of preparing and sending daily reports to Store Operations.
• Ensures that customers are aware of all the marketing promotions available.
• Makes concentrated effort to solve customer problems.
• Promote and maintain positive relations with all contacts, customers and potential customers.
• Count, verify, and post armored car deposits into the POS System.
• Calls to customers in order to inform them of current promotions.
• Explain and promote the sales of products or services such as wires, top ups, bill payments, airplane tickets.
• Obtain and process information required for the provision of new services
• Contribute to the fulfillment of the department and company objectives as well as goals.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
• Superior customer service and problem solving skills
• Minimum one year experience in cash-handling environment
• Experience with Microsoft Excel Software and relevant computer applications
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in SPANISH AND ENGLISH a must
• Ability to work independently
• Flexibility in work schedule (nights, weekends)
