Job Description
We are seeking a few Power Sport Recreation Customer Service Reps to join our busy summer team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Make reservations using online booking system
- Clean Prepare Power Sport equipment for rental
- Show customers how to operate power sport equipment
- Document and update customer records on training equipment rented and returned
- Assist in maintaining power sport equipment
- Develop and maintain a knowledge products and services we offer and the areas the equipment can be used
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Willingness to learn about power sport recreation.
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Willingness to learn something new almost every day
- Must be 16 or older and be available mid May to at least mid Aug, with some year round work if desigered
- No previous experience needed
Company Description
We rent boats, dirt bikes, side by sides, atvs and jet skis. We have locations in Nampa and Cascade and allow customers to take equipment almost anywhere.
