    As a 2023 FIS University Program Summer Intern, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects, social events, professional development seminars and work alongside team mentors.

    This is a full time (40hrs/week) paid internship that will begin on June 5, 2023 and conclude on August 11, 2023.

    ABOUT THE TEAM

    Currently my team Payments One and Disputes Solutions, is a shared solutions team supporting the Card Solutions organization, specific to Payments One and Disputes for Debit and Credit FIs. The team has five subject matter expertise for the Payments One Application, ATM As a Service, Software As a Service and Settlement. There is also two Directors who manage additional teams for Disputes/Chargebacks and IDP Security for FIS. Our goal is to support both external and internal teams to ensure the best client experience before they go live on one of the FIS applications.

    WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

    I would be bringing in this candidate to learn the Payments One Platform and become an expertise to assist not only our clients but also our internal teams.

    • Client engagement with Pilots on new functionality in Payments One

    • Assisting developers with feature functionality during our agile process keeping the end user in mind

    • Assisting with communication and training ensuring end to end process for internal and external users.

    • Understanding and becoming a subject matter expertise in Data Navigator, Payments One UI, and API functionality

    • As a Solutions team the candidate should be prepared to adjust to many requests and working with the team to determine if we can provide an existing solution or need to define requirements for development to execute.

    WHAT YOU BRING

    • Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study

    • Rising Senior (graduating December 2023 through May 2024)

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

    • Self-motivated and willingness to learn

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
