Care and Adaptive Services Specialist
Florida SouthWestern State College is accepting resumes in search of a Care and Adaptive Services Specialist to join our team of exceptional employees. This position is responsible for providing support, resources, outreach, and referral services, crisis intervention, and consultation in collaboration with Care and Adaptive Services staff. The Specialist’s primary focus is to provide support and resources to FSW students and to assist with or lead trainings or presentations for Care and Adaptive Services. This position is responsible for connecting students to community and campus partners, maintaining timely documentation, and providing crisis intervention when needed. The Specialist is expected to perform their duties in alignment with the mission of the Care and Adaptive Services team.

Required Skills
Required Experience
-Educational requirements include BA/BS from an accredited college or university with a minimum of 5+ years experience or substitute with AA/AS with 7+ years experience.
-Require anyone of the following IAT Level II (CySA+, Security+, CND, or SSCP) Certification and CE/OS Certification.
-Experience serving as a system administrator for Microsoft 0365, VMWare, Vsphere and NsX-T, Linux Red Hat, Windows Server, SQL, MySQL, EMC SAN technologies and applications, Active Directory, AWS or Microsoft Azure.
-Experience maintaining a high availability datacenter.
-Deep technical knowledge: Expertise in operating systems (Windows, Linux), networking protocols, storage technologies, cloud computing platforms, and security best practices.
-Problem-solving skills: Strong analytical abilities to diagnose complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
