    As a 2022 FIS University Program Summer Intern, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects, social events, professional development seminars, and work alongside team mentors. This is a full-time (40hrs/week) paid internship that will begin on June 6, 2022 and conclude on August 12, 2022.

    ABOUT THE TEAM

    The Client Management Team supports the VIP clients within the Merchant Division of Worldpay from FIS. We act as the client’s advocate for servicing, product delivery, education, compliance, reporting, strategy, and other needs that may present themselves. It is our goal to not only retain a client but help them grow; we wish to truly be their payments partner. The RM team truly acts as a team working together, educating one another, and supporting each other for success. We also have a great “village” that supports our efforts from product, marketing, compliance, operations, and executive management.

    WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

    In this role you will be supporting the Client Managers and our clients in one or more of the following ways:

    • You may lead a project for a client conversion or migration or expansion
    • You may assist in a major research project for a client issue or escalation
    • You may assist with the collection of data for a client presentation
    • You may lead in the troubleshooting of a client escalation to resolution
    • You may help draft/ create documentation for the team and or client

    WHAT YOU BRING

    • Rising Senior (graduating December 2022 through May 2023)
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Self-motivated and a willingness to learn
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
