Intern, Cyber Threat Intelligence, Strategic (Hybrid, Paid)
BACKGROUND
The Financial Services Information Sharing and Analysis Center (FS-ISAC), was created by and for members and operates as a member-driven 501(c)(6), not-for-profit entity. FS-ISAC serves as a bi-directional information and intelligence organization leading the Financial Services Sector efforts to protect against and mitigate cyber and physical threats and incidents against member firms.

POSITION SUMMARY**
This internship will deliver practical cyber threat intelligence (CTI) skills and knowledge to the intern through on-the-job training and industry work experience. The intern will gain skills and knowledge by providing support to and being mentored by staff in the following two roles within our Global Intelligence Office (GIO): Intelligence Officer (IO) and Intelligence Analyst (IA). This is a 12 week internship (3 June to 23 August – can shift start date to 1 July for those graduating in June). This is a hybrid internship that reports into our Reston, VA headquarters. M & W typically in-office, T, R, & F typically telework ( 28 hr./week, $25/hr. ).
CTI TALENT PIPELINE
This position is part of the FS-ISAC's “Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) Talent Pipeline” which offers interns training and a potential path for full-time employment on FS-ISAC's intelligence team. Upon completion of an internship, individuals may be offered the opportunity to become a Co-op. Co-ops are one year long (40 hr./week, $25/hr.) and include benefits (healthcare, 401k, etc.). Upon completion of a Co-op, individuals may be offered the ability to join our Global Intelligence Office as a full-time, non-term limited Jr. Intelligence Analyst.

This is a hybrid internship position that reports to Reston, VA headquarters (work-from-office: M & W, work-from-home: T, R, & F).
