Kim IP is seeking a Paralegal Intern for 10 weeks during the summer of 2025 for its intellectual property law practice.
Must be a current NJ college/university student or NJ resident attending college/university out of state. Recent college graduates considered.
**Responsibilities and Duties:
**
· Prepare legal documents for procurement of patents, trademarks and copyrights with U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and U.S. Copyright Office.
· Learn to gather facts of new matters from clients and incorporate into case files.
· Assist attorneys with client correspondences.
· Assist attorneys in managing case dockets.
· Learn USPTO and court procedures and assist attorneys with said procedures.
