    As an intern, you’ll:

    • Get hands-on experience solving business needs that include reviewing product and sales data, interacting with our ingredient suppliers for samples, pricing, and deliveries, and learning about continuous improvements in a manufacturing company.
    • Interact with employees from different departments and learn how to work with a team.
    • Develop business acumen, improve your resume of experiences, and potentially gain letters of recommendation for future employment if you exceed expectations.
    • Get paired with a formal mentor.

    Essential duties and responsibilities

    • Work at our Dallas R&D department.
    • Learn more about how we develop formulas, make products, and fill packaging that ultimately gets shipped to consumers and retailers.
    • Pursue information we need from suppliers for new product launches, which will involve cross-functional interactions in the company, as well as direct contact with our vendors.
    • Identify contact emails from universities, accelerators and incubators and send pitch information to acquire technology, procure new business and enhance Goodier brand awareness.
    • Need to be fully comfortable learning new software that includes SAP and Coptis.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

    Qualification requirements

    • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Science, Chemistry preferred).
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook).
    • Ability to function independently and maintain confidentiality.
    • Flexibility to work within a multi-discipline team and receive dynamic on-the-job training.
    • Highly organized; ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
