    Davis Law Group is seeking a highly organized, client-focused receptionist to join our boutique law firm in downtown Grand Junction, Colorado.     Position Overview:

    As an Administrative Intern, you will support front-office operations, assist with client communication, and help the legal team with organizational and administrative tasks. This role involves a mix of client interaction, administrative support, and exposure to the daily workflow of a modern law firm.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    Client Engagement:

    • Support the front desk by greeting clients and visitors.
    • Assist in answering incoming calls, routing messages, and providing general information.
    • Help with the client intake process, including gathering basic information and preparing forms
    • Maintain a welcoming, professional environment for clients.

    Administrative:

    • Assist with scheduling client appointments, consultations, and meetings for attorneys.
    • Help organize and maintain client files with attention to confidentiality.
    • Support daily office tasks, including mail handling, scanning, data entry, and document organization.
    • Contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of the office and help with special projects as assigned.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational abilities with high attention to detail.
    • Professional demeanor and a client-service mindset.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with legal software (e.g., Rocket Matter) is a plus.
