Assist in the rollout and migration of user accounts, email, and data to Microsoft Office 365.
Provide basic technical support to end-users.
Support onboarding of new users, including account creation, device setup, and access configuration.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues under the guidance of senior IT Staff.
Document procedures, technical issues, and solutions for internal knowledge base.
Participate in various IT-related projects as assigned, including system audits, inventory management, or software upgrades.
