Job Title: Investment Analyst Intern

Location: Washington DC or Remote

Salary: Depending on interns' experience

Start Time: Flexible

Time Commitment: at least 3 months, minimum 15 hours/week during academic year

The company is founded in 2010 with headquarter in Washington DC. It is a premier financial intermediary focused on arranging debt and equity capital for commercial real estate transactions. Services include Debt Capital, Structured Finance, Equity Placement and Loan Syndications,

ABOUT POSITION:

Job duties for interns will include sourcing deals via company provided databases, contacting prospects via telephone and email, and documenting communications in CRM system. Research of new markets to originate deals will be required. Interns will perform financial analysis to determine stability of projects and eligibility for financing. Deal presentations will be prepared by interns for review and use by the Managing & Directing Partners.

Position would provide behind the scenes training on all aspects of real estate transactions. Hands on training with current team members will be provided via job and deal shadowing.

Commercial real estate education and/or experience is highly recommended.
