    Job Title: Testing Engineer Internship

    Location: Remote

    Salary: Unpaid

    Start Time: Flexible

    Time Commitment: at least 2 months, minimum 15 hours/week during academic year

    INTERN RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Design test plans, procedures, scenarios, and scripts to accurately assess various platforms and related business solutions implemented according to customer requirements and company policies.
    • Develop testing protocols for various aspects, such as usability, database impact, error and bug finding, regression testing.
    • Implementation scenarios for effective testing of various business solutions.

    CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field; or equivalent experience.
    • Ability to quickly learn new software.
    • Proficiency with Web site technologies including HTML5, CS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, web application frameworks (e.g., Flask, Django, MEAN), and widget libraries (e.g., D3.js); ability to work with web application frameworks (e.g., React.js, Node.js, Django).
    • Proficiency with relational and NoSQL database management systems (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB, MariaDB, Neo4j, Hive).
    • Well-rounded experience with multiple operating systems, virtualization technologies, and test environments.
