🌟 Internal Opportunity: Client Support Specialist (a.k.a. Super RBT) 🌟
Location: Greater Seattle Area (schools, homes, centers — wherever our clients need us!) Schedule: Full-time | Flexibility encouraged | Growth guaranteed Reports to: Your trusted BCBA or BCaBA
Hey Team!
Already part of the Connections team and looking to take your RBT skills to the next level? We’ve got an exciting internal opportunity for a Client Support Specialist — a role designed for experienced RBTs who are ready to stretch their wings, support a variety of clients, and help mentor fellow staff along the way.
🧠 What You’ll Be Doing:
Deliver high-quality ABA services to clients across school, home, and center settings.
Step in to support long-term placements and provide coverage when teammates are out — because you’re reliable like that.
Collaborate closely with BCBAs and BCaBAs to ensure fidelity and fun in every session.
Help train and support newer staff by modeling best practices and sharing your ABA wisdom.
Collect data like a champ, write session notes, and attend team meetings with your usual professionalism and flair.
✅ What You Bring to the Table:
Current RBT credential & have had it for at least 3 months (you’ve already got this — nice!)
3–6 months of experience in your current position with Connections (we know you’ve been putting in the work)
A solid grasp of ABA principles (or at least a willingness to brush up)
A positive reference from your current BCBA or Director
A commitment to stick with the role for at least 1-year
Good standing with attendance, corrective action(s) and time-off policies
🌟 Bonus Points If You Also Have:
1–2 years of ABA experience
Experience with Behavior Skills Training (BST)
Familiarity with IEPs, ISPs, and other fun acronyms
Strong consultation and communication skills
A passion for mentoring and supporting your teammates
🏃♀️ The Physical Side:
You’ll be on the move — kneeling, squatting, running, and occasionally dodging a flying toy.
Must be able to assist clients with adaptive equipment and follow safety protocols for behavior support.
Why Apply Internally?
You already know the culture, the mission, and the snack drawer situation.
You’ll grow your skills, expand your impact, and maybe even discover a new favorite setting or client population.
You’ll be part of a dynamic team that values your experience and wants to help you thrive.
