About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive outpatient care to adult patients, focusing on preventive health and chronic disease management.

Conduct thorough patient assessments, including history taking and physical examinations.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care for patients.

Utilize electronic health records (EHR) for accurate documentation and patient management.

Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention strategies.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.

Stay current with medical advancements and best practices in internal medicine.

Requirements:

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.

Board certification in Internal Medicine is required.

Valid New York State medical license and DEA registration.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in outpatient internal medicine preferred.

Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
