Position Overview

We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to become part of a collaborative, patient-focused team delivering high-quality, comprehensive care.

Schedule & Work-Life Balance

• Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• No weekends or hospital call required

• Built-in administrative time to support efficiency and reduce after-hours work

Clinical Workflow

• Average of 24 patients per day
• AI-powered scribe significantly reduces documentation burden
• Dedicated clinical support staff to enhance patient throughput and care quality

• Focus on outpatient primary care with coordinated specialty access

Compensation & Financial Model

• Guaranteed base salary of $250,000
• Compensation structure: draw against collections or 33% of collections
• Proven high-earning potential with established patient volume

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Eligible for or active Florida medical license

• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
