  • Responsibilities

    Our client is looking for a Purchaser and Document Controller who is bilingual in Chinese and English to join their team. As an Internal Purchasing & Document Control Specialist, you will be responsible for working with the manufacturing and QA department in a team environment to produce and track documentation.

    Responsibilities:

    • Create, update, and maintain purchase orders (PO) in the ERP system
    • Ensure accuracy and completeness of procurement records and assist in coordinating with purchasing and finance teams
    • Archive and manage documentation related to ERP and procurement processes for traceability and audit readiness.
    • Assist the production team with administrative tasks, including tracking production records, scanning, filing, and data entry
    • Organize and update production-related forms, logs, and reports
    • Support interdepartmental coordination to ensure smooth workflow and document control across functions
    • Maintain organized and accessible filing systems (both physical and digital)
    • Assist with the organization, distribution, and archiving of quality management system (QMS) documents, such as SOPs, controlled forms, and training records
    • Support document version control and help ensure compliance with ISO 13485 and QMS requirements
    • Prepare or gather required documentation during internal or external audits
    • Support various quality or production-related projects as assigned by management
    • Maintain flexibility in task assignments to support shifting business needs between operations, quality management, and other departments

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or above; vocational training or associate degree preferred
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.)
    • Strong attention to detail, with good organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to manage documentation systematically and work with minimal supervision
    • Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to support different departments as needed
    • Previous experience in manufacturing or quality-related administrative roles is a plus
    • Business-level proficiency in written & spoken Mandarin Chinese and English
