Job Description
John Crane is seeking a results-driven and strategic Internal Sales Manager to lead the development of a newly created internal sales support team across the United States. This role will focus on streamlining and centralizing quotation and selection activities to reduce the commercial workload on our field sales engineering group and enhance customer response effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, a deep understanding of internal sales operations, and the drive to build and scale a high-performing team from the ground up. The focus of this team will be to deliver quality quotations and responses to our customers to meet or exceed their expectations.
