Longo Carpet Cleaning & Affordable Duct Cleaning is seeking an energetic, quick-thinking, and self-sufficient Internal Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, family-owned business that values initiative, organization, and customer service.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact by answering incoming calls

Promote and sell our wide range of cleaning and restoration services

Prepare and deliver proposals and estimates to clients

Conduct confirmation calls and quality check-in calls

Organize unique project details to ensure smooth execution

Perform lead follow-up and track progress

Follow up on estimates and proposals with professionalism

Assist with area rug organization and scheduling

Support additional administrative and sales tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication skills (phone and written)

High energy with the ability to think on your feet

Self-motivated, organized, and reliable

Experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required

Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
