Job Description
Reporting to the Controller, the Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for the full cycle of revenue collection. He/she is responsible for communicating with customers to collect invoices, identify and analyze issues with financial operations and solve customer concerns in a timely and effective manner. A balance between maintaining relationships and timely payments is imperative.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Rate of Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour DOE
Work Hours: 40 regular work hours a week.
· Coordinate with Operations and Business Development Departments to processes and validate upcoming project details recorded in the ERP system.
· Communicate timeline details regarding upcoming projects with the Purchasing Department for use in purchasing of materials to complete projects.
· Monitors and tracks all work orders throughout the project lifecycle.
· Enters and updates project costing information into job costing worksheets for future project bids
· Invoice completed projects upon completion and follow up on payment status for open invoices.
· Submittal of job costing breakdown for weekly operations conference call.
· Prepare special reports for management as necessary
Position Requirements
· Strong computer knowledge
· Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
· Ability to communicate, written and verbally, effectively throughout all levels of the organization and with outside entities
· Ability to work independently
· Prior experience with ERP System, Pentagon a plus
Education and/or Experience:
· Bachelor’s preferred
· 2-3 Years of experience in work order planning and maintenance.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment with proven proficiency working with industry specific work order software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
· Preferred candidate that has had exposure/experience to the sales cycle to include customer invoicing, accounts receivable monitoring, and collection activities.

Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and ERP software.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit or stand at a desk for extended periods. Occasionally required to lift files or boxes weighing approximately 50lbs.
