    GENERAL JOB DUTIES:

    • Maintain proper ergonomics at all times when performing assigned tasks.
    • To support the company to meet and maintain all customer quality standards as well as the standards of IAC.
    • Complete LPAs on time; weekly
    • Complete Safe Audit on time; weekly
    • Maintain proper etiquette when using company radios, PA, emails, text and phones; business use only.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor

    SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES:

    • Leadership Network Lead for Process
    • Manage functions of Regional Network Process Engineers
    • Develop Injection Molding training guide lines and supply methods
    • Support various IAC plants with injection molding trouble shooting
    • Support use of the STMP and related tools across all plants
    • Develop and implement use of SMOM tools for injection molding
    • Provide guidance on process tracker meetings in all plants
    • Review cycle times, scrap, and OEE and help with improvement when requested

    EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

    · Bachelor Degree in a technical; or equivalent combination of education and work experience

    EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

    • Course work relating to injection molding desired
    • Minimum 7 years of related experience in injection molding, preferably in an automotive manufacturing environment
    • Must have experience processing plastics and setting tools
    • Through understanding of injection molding processes
    • Excellent computer and communication skills
    • Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting capabilities
    • Ability to pay attention to detail

    TRAINING REQUIREMENTS

    • This position will be required to travel to other facilities or training locations as well as on-site training as needed.

    PPE REQUIREMENTS

    • This position requires the use of eye protection and hearing protection and any PPE specific to the task being performed.

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS

    • Must be able to stand on feet 8-12 hours a day and lift up to 75lbs on an occasional basis and 40 lbs on a regular basis. Must be able to perform overhead work as well as work below the waist.
