This position reports directly to the Maintenance Shift Supervisor and is responsible for maintaining production and quality by ensuring operation of machinery and facilities, consisting of mechanical and electrical equipment. The general and specific job duties of IAC is as described below:
GENERAL JOB DUTIES:

- Maintain proper ergonomics when performing assigned tasks.
- To support the company to meet and maintain all customer quality standards as well as the standards of IAC.
- Maintain proper etiquette when using company radios, PA, emails, text and phones, business use only.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting of production and/or facilities equipment. Including but not limited to motors, gearboxes, pneumatic systems, coupling and motor alignment, roller chain/sprockets, linear rails, Allen Bradley, Siemens, Glue systems and Fanuc robots.
- Repair and/or replace of parts on production and/or facilities equipment.
- Assist in installation and maintenance of the electrical system for facilities and production equipment.
- Must have general knowledge of OSHA regulations pertaining to their job.
- Must comply with OSHA regulation.
- Perform routine inspections of facilities and equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance and fill out documentation.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years of experience plus Associates degree in related fields or 5 years of automotive maintenance experience
- Thorough working knowledge of industrial equipment, its usage, and safety procedures
- Team orientated by accomplishing task and meeting expectations.
