The day-to-day:
- Support employee and staff inquiries by providing exceptional customer service in all interactions.
- Various tasks related to full-cycle recruitment, new hire orientation, data entry, termination, reporting, filing, and administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for job openings.
- Manage plant training initiatives and processes.
- Manage sensitive and confidential information.
- Maintain employee files and records.
- Coordinates with the Payroll Administrator on any pay changes.
- Assists with scheduling events, lunches, and training.
- Assists with typing memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations; recommends best practices; reviews policies and procedures to maintain compliance.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- 2+ years in a Human Resources role.
- Bilingual (Spanish) abilities
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and great time management skills.
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in all workplace and HR matters.
