    We have an immediate opening for a bilingual (Spanish) HR Generalist to join our team, this candidate must have a great work ethic, a high sense of urgency, and dynamic energy.

    The day-to-day:

    • Support employee and staff inquiries by providing exceptional customer service in all interactions.
    • Various tasks related to full-cycle recruitment, new hire orientation, data entry, termination, reporting, filing, and administrative tasks.
    • Collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for job openings.
    • Manage plant training initiatives and processes.
    • Manage sensitive and confidential information.
    • Maintain employee files and records.
    • Coordinates with the Payroll Administrator on any pay changes.
    • Assists with scheduling events, lunches, and training.
    • Assists with typing memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents.
    • Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations; recommends best practices; reviews policies and procedures to maintain compliance.
    • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    We want to talk to you if you have:

    • 2+ years in a Human Resources role.
    • Bilingual (Spanish) abilities
    • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
    • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and great time management skills.
    • Experience in full-cycle recruitment.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in all workplace and HR matters.
