    Job Description

    OVERVIEW:  The EPS Operation Analyst supports the Electronic Payment Services (EPS) operation, assists with account maintenance automation processes, timely reporting of key findings and assessments to Officers, onboarding of new clients, and communicating with clients and other banking professionals to maintain Service Level Agreements.

    ACCOUNTABILITIES:

    •  Analyze data and trends from different transaction streams
    •  Assists the EPS team with the daily report generation
    • Communicates with the Bank’s customers regarding exceptions
    • Communicates with clients and other banking professionals to maintain Service Level Agreements
    • Creates monthly reports for Senior Management on key findings and assessments
    • Facilitates the automation processes for daily account maintenance
    • Identifies and resolves issues relating to the EPS business operation’s performance
    • Flexibility to onboard new corporate clients, create client database profiles and collaborate with other departments to ensure products and services are successfully implemented in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner
    • Escalates unresolved issues and delivers best-in-class customer service and effective operational support for the Bank’s customers
    • Stay abreast of industry and market trends
    • Other duties as assigned

    QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or post-college work in the financial sector preferred
    • Ability to effectively research and resolve issues independently and in a team environment
    • Two years experience in a banking or financial services environment preferred
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills required
    • Excellent analytical skills
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively work with different management levels within the organization
    • Sharp attention to detail, strong organizational and time management skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
    • Ability to work with minimal supervision and autonomy

    LANGUAGE:

    • Fluently speaks, reads, and writes in Mandarin
