Responsibilities: • Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and other legal proceedings • Draft legal documents, including petitions, motions, etc. • Conduct legal research and analysis to provide accurate and timely advice to clients • Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients • Maintain client confidentiality and uphold professional ethics and standards • Taking care of the client's case from beginning to end without instruction Qualifications: • Divorce Experience • Strong oral and written advocacy skills • Strong communication skills Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000 per year
