Reliant is looking to hire a part-time International Coordinator. This role would support the vision of the international program team by providing gospel-centered and practical training for short-term trip members, interns, mid-term field staff, and partners associated with them as they onboard with Reliant.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Onboard new international workers in a gospel-centered manner for their role in partnership with Reliant.

• Employment Paperwork - Track progress, send reminders, and answer questions as new international workers on-board in Reliant's systems.

• Answer common employee questions and cover the International inbox as needed.

• Assist with short-term trips, international internships, and mid-term field staff.

• Interact with partners of those being onboarded.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Written communication skills.
• Ability to utilize common software programs associated with word processing, spreadsheets, and database entry.
• Acquaintance with basic financial and HR practices.
• International experience.

Reporting Relationships

This employee will be reporting to Julie Thompson.
