    Job Description

    The USCI Supply Chain Analyst supports various internal cross functional team by ensuring that all product pricing entered in the ArrowStream (AS) System - which is subsequently relied upon to produce Product Data Sheets, Warehouse Landed Cost, and Store Cost Reports added to IDQ’s franchisee resource site (Franchisee HUB) are accurate and updated in a timely manner. Controls Distribution Center and franchisee store inventory levels and tracks their orders. Validates and processes warehouse obsolete invoices. Drives decision-making by pulling and analyzing historical data from ArrowStream, importing it to ArrowStream Planner module and generating reports to monitor and evaluate the data throughout the lifecycle of a promotion.

    Principle Accountabilities:

    • Set up new items, vendors, and warehouses in AS system.
    • Generate Product Information Form (Product Data Sheet) for new items and send to warehouses.
    • Manage supply chain-related reporting in support of various internal IDQ cross-functional teams, including supply chain, marketing, accounting & finance teams.
    • Create and validate Vendor Cost Confirmation Reports for vendors.
    • Create and validate Warehouse Landed Cost Reports for warehouses.
    • Create and validate Price Change Reports for vendors and warehouses.
    • Validate and post Store Cost Reports to IDQ’s Franchisee HUB.

    Inventory Control Analysis and Administration:

    • Ensure/Track that distribution centers submit their purchase order(s) on time and that these are aligned with the forecast.
    • Develop obsolete inventory financial exposure estimates and communicate the result of this analysis to the Supply Chain team.
    • Monitor orders and investigate problems.
    • Manage invoice receipts, processing, approvals, and tracking of obsolete materials. This includes coordination with Distributors, Distribution, Sourcing, and Accounting.
    • Ensure stores are invoiced for appropriate test products used during the test market.
    • Reconcile/process warehouses and supplier invoices for NSFPP.

    Drive decision-making using ArrowStream Planner Module tool:

    • Pull historical data from ArrowStream for forecasting. Proactively detect trends, identify opportunities, and share actionable insights to internal Supply Chain teams, allowing them to make data-related decisions to move the core business forward.
    • Setup/Import the forecast to the ArrowStream Planner module.
    • Generate reports to monitor and evaluate data throughout the lifecycle of the promotion.

    Education and Qualifications:

    • B.A. or B.S. Degree is required.
    • Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant supply chain work experience:
    • Hands-on experience with Supply chain analysis.
    • Experience collaborating with and supporting the Sales Operations team with the weekly order management process.
    • Basic knowledge of processes and methods for order management and inventory management.
    • Demonstrate advanced analytical abilities such as parsing complex data sets and information to problem-solve, ideally in an analyst role.
    • Proficient in Excel, in particular PivotTables and VLookup functionality.
    • Relationship building skills with the ability to effectively collaborate and create mutually beneficial relationships with both internal and external clients.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects and requests simultaneously.
    • Exceptional attention to detail in planning, organization, and execution of tasks, while still seeing the big picture and understanding how all the pieces fit together and affect one another.
    • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients.
    • Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
    • Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
    • Ability to coordinate with other departments ( Information Systems, __ Accounting ) to complete projects on time.

    Work Environment

    Most positions located out of our global headquarters in Bloomington, MN will work a hybrid work schedule where you will work 2 collaboration days a week. Additional in office time may be required to support team/project needs. Positions will be identified as “remote eligible” when consideration will be given to candidates outside of drivable distance to our Bloomington office.
