CSI is looking for someone with a passion for drafting innovative solutions for the sanitary process industry. This position is responsible for the overall management of fabricated items – promotion, sales, customer interaction, design, cost proposals, and production. In this role, you will need to demonstrate enormous initiative and persistence in the development of innovative solutions for our team and customers. You’ll need to be able to observe critical design specifications and requirement criteria to provide an accurate cost estimate for potential fabrications.
Excellent people and conflict-resolution skills are required, as you will interact and listen to customers and co-workers to recognize their need and provide a problem-solving solution. These interactions will aid you in your ability to convey and provide accurate design information/specifications (including bill of materials) to the production coordinator for a dependable work order.
