    CSI is looking for someone with a passion for drafting innovative solutions for the sanitary process industry. This position is responsible for the overall management of fabricated items – promotion, sales, customer interaction, design, cost proposals, and production. In this role, you will need to demonstrate enormous initiative and persistence in the development of innovative solutions for our team and customers. You’ll need to be able to observe critical design specifications and requirement criteria to provide an accurate cost estimate for potential fabrications.

     

    Excellent people and conflict-resolution skills are required, as you will interact and listen to customers and co-workers to recognize their need and provide a problem-solving solution. These interactions will aid you in your ability to convey and provide accurate design information/specifications (including bill of materials) to the production coordinator for a dependable work order.     This position requires the ability to interact with employees verbally and in writing, remain in a stationary position for 80% of the workday, have close visual acuity, and constantly operate a computer and other office productivity equipment, such as a phone, copy/fax/scan machine, computer keyboard and mouse with or without reasonable accommodation. This position also requires the ability to occasionally lift, stoop, bend, and lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.
