Document Assistant
JOB DESCRIPTION IERF is seeking a full-time Document Assistant. The Document Assistant is responsible for processing transcripts and diplomas of varying sizes and languages that come into our office. This includes logging/recording documents received, data entry, filing and scanning. This position is full-time and on site in our Culver City office. Our hours are Monday through Friday, from 8am-4.30pm. QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS REQUESTED: US Associate's Degree or equivalent General office work experience preferred Ability to type a minimum of 50 words per minute Strong computer skills including knowledge of MS 365 (e.g., Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel) Exceptional attention to detail NOTE All applicants must be eligible to work in the United States.
