    ORGANIZATION'S BACKGROUND Founded in 1969, International Education Research Foundation (IERF) focuses on providing US educational equivalency reports for students, scholars, and professionals who completed their studies abroad. IERF is a not-for-profit organization registered in the State of California. JOB DESCRIPTION IERF is seeking a part-time Document Assistant. The Document Assistant is responsible for processing transcripts and diplomas of varying sizes and languages that come into our office. This includes logging/recording documents received, data entry, filing and, at times, scanning. Approximately 4 hours a day are required, 5 days a week, with flexible scheduling (within the hours of 7.30am - 4:30pm). This position is on site in our Culver City office. QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS REQUESTED: - US High School Diploma - General office work experience preferred - Ability to type a minimum of 50 words per minute - Strong computer skills including knowledge of MS 365 (e.g., Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel) - Exceptional attention to detail NOTE All applicants must be eligible to work in the United States.
