JOB DESCRIPTION IERF is seeking an associate evaluator to assist with typing course breakdowns, converting units and grades, and calculating GPAs. The associate evaluator will also help research foreign educational systems, checking programs of study completed abroad, along with the accreditation of the educational providers. Training will be provided. This position is full-time and on site in our Culver City office. However, after 6 months, telecommuting possibilities may be explored. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS - U.S. bachelor's degree or the equivalent - Foreign language skill/s preferred (all levels considered) - Ability to communicate effectively in English, both in oral and written form - Analytical and research skills - Exceptional attention to detail, including meticulous proofreading skills - Ability to type a minimum of 60 words per minute - Experience with the 2013 MS Office Suite, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint - Ability to prioritize duties, multi-task in a fast-paced environment and apply common sense when carrying out duties - Professional experience in translations and/or copy-editing preferred, but not required - Study abroad experience also preferred, but not required NOTE All applicants must be eligible to work in the United States.
