It’s an exciting time to be part of IFF’s Global Data and Analytics Team. As a Senior Systems Specialist, you will be working with a global team in the design, delivery and management of projects. You will be responsible for promoting innovation in the reporting and data visualization tools and technologies.
ABOUT YOU:
To be successful in this role you must have at least five years of Project Management and SAP BI/BW implementation experience in a global company. You are an effective requirements analyst, project lead and analytics solution architect with a track record of successful SAP BI application delivery. You have a good understanding of dimensional modeling, ETL, Power BI and SAP HANA. You are an SME in the SAP BI analytics, reporting and data visualization areas. You will need to demonstrate strong strategic agility, business acumen, creative and innovative thinking, strong stakeholder management, collaboration and influencing skills. You are assertive and proactive.
YOU WILL SPEND YOUR TIME…
- Designing solutions and assisting production support teams with application deployment
- Working hands-on on various SAP BW components and managing project delivery
- Assisting in designing solutions and application development and project realization
- Formulating key reporting and analytics requirements, designs and test plans
- Designing and developing dimension hierarchies and complex calculations as per the business requirements
- Creating data models for reporting and visualization
- Designing, developing and managing ETL processes
- Identifying and activating SAP BI standard business content
- Mentoring colleagues in SAP BI
- Assessing existing data warehouse processes and envisioning future improvements
- Assessing the impact of new SAP releases on the current system landscape
Required Skills
- AP BI analytics, reporting and data visualization Subject Matter Expert (SME)

- Power BI and SAP HANA skills a plus
- Certifications in SAP BW/BI, Power BI, Microsoft ((SQL Server, Azure), SAP (SAC, HANA, ECC, etc.) and AWS a plus elated technologies is a plus
Required Experience
- Minimum 5 years experience leading and managing projects, focused on SAP BI implementations
- Bachelor’s degree in science, computer science, engineering, business management or any other relevant field is a requirement
- Graduate education is a plus
- Exposure to different project methologies like Waterfall, agile etc.
