    Required Skills

    Cooper is searching for a part-time Office Assistant based out of our Monroe, NJ Corporate headquarters. The Office Assistant is responsible for providing outstanding customer service, while ensuring a positive experience for each caller and visitor. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and have strong communication skills.

    • Answer phone calls and ensure each call is transferred the appropriate party.
    • Greets and screens visitors, routing them to appropriate area or person.
    • Reads and routes incoming mail. Locates and attaches appropriate file to correspondence to be answered by employer.
    • Prepares outgoing mailing and correspondence.
    • Orders and maintains supplies, and arranges for equipment maintenance.
    • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
    • Exceptional customer service skills and phone etiquette
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail required

    Available Shift: Monday to Friday 9am to 2pm
