    JUNIOR IT TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST

     

    Support End Use Computers for Service Delivery.

    Troubleshoot user issues and maintain tickets assigned to the tech in the WRM system.

    Create and maintain tickets in Remedy.

    Troubleshoot issues on end user computing devices, including desktops, laptops, and Surface Pros.

    Troubleshoot user access to standardize software from the DBHDD image, i.e., MS Office 365, VPN, Adobe, McAfee, LogMeIn, encryption, etc.

    Troubleshoot computer peripheral devices: printers, scanners, MDF, monitors, keyboard, mice etc.

    Setup and install computers for new hire onboarding’s.

     

     

    Proficient in Win 7 and Win 10, and Office 365.

    Experienced in troubleshoot issues on end user computing devices, including desktops, laptops, and Surface Pros.

    History of working in an Active Directory domain environment

    Proficient at software installs and troubleshooting

    Some networking knowledge, along with the ability to troubleshoot network issues from the command line.

    Required Skills Required Experience

  • Qualifications
    • To manufacture powder, emulsion and liquid products, in accordance with work and processing instructions. Carefully follow manufacture work instructions as per batch form. Raw Material check, compound as per batch form packing following ILVT requirements, Report any non-conformances to the Supervisor immediately.
    • Bulk product mixing, as needed
    • Raw Material weighing accurately as indicated on batch forms, no deviations on IPC’S or product
    • Follow all environmental, health and safety rules; personal hygiene practices, good manufacturing practice; adhere to all quality and housekeeping policies and procedures. Work safely and with recommended PPE. (personal protective equipment), 
    • Set up manufacturing equipment and report problems or issues to the Supervisor immediately, Compound accurately the formulation and blend according to work instructions, 
    • Load or use equipment following all safety and working instructions and Practice Good Manufacturing principles and comply at all times to FSSC, Food Safety (FSSC), HACCP, Safety and Legislative requirements, to maintain high and a consistent standard of manufacturing of finished product' 
    • Complete inline process control checks and record for inspection purposes, Observe any discrepancies and record for action, draw retained sample of batch and submit to QC. 
    • Pack product into required packaging and label, send to warehouse for locating and prepare equipment for next batch by inspecting (cleaning and sanitizing, if required) equipment, ensure that all equipment is clean before manufacturing, 
    • Follow all stock keeping and control policies and procedures. Report any non-conformances in lot, location and quantity to the Supervisor immediately. Back-flush all ingredients used in formulation and report any discrepancies immediately, report all spills and incidents on time
    • Follow all HACCP requirements, complete required inspections and any corrective and preventative actions which result. Complete and maintain CCP reports and records, 
    • Ensure that end of shift housekeeping is up to standard. 
    • Operating a forklift will be necessary and may only be performed if Compounder/Operator has a valid license.

     

    Perform any other reasonable and lawful duties as required by the company.
