    Job Description

    We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our staffing team in the city of Anaheim! We are looking for individuals who are looking to learn and grow. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

    • Greet associates as they come in
    • Provide necessary documents to associates
    • Assist recruiters with daily tasks
    • File associate documents
    • Answer high volume calls
    • Document and update customer records
    • Maintain a knowledge of clients and orders

    ​QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a must
    • Previous customer service skills
    • Great Interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work with a team
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Positive and professional demeanor
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
