We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our staffing team in the city of Anaheim! We are looking for individuals who are looking to learn and grow.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Greet associates as they come in
- Provide necessary documents to associates
- Assist recruiters with daily tasks
- File associate documents
- Answer high volume calls
- Document and update customer records
- Maintain a knowledge of clients and orders
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a must
- Previous customer service skills
- Great Interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with a team
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
