    Job Description

    Major international manufacturing firm is seeking a qualified Customer Service Coordinator for their busy Southern California office. This position will support the customer service activities of business to business clients throughout the U.S. 

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree
    • Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service
    • Familiarity with international trade, import/export, & logistics ideal 
    • Must have excellent communication ability both written and verbal
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office software such as Word, Excel, etc.

    This is a full-time, direct hire position with a competitive salary ($35,000/year - $45,000/year) along with comprehensive benefits.
