Qualifications
- Experience in international logistics, shipping, and customs compliance.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Acumatica preferred), customs documentation, and import/export regulations.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage supply chain disruptions effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Incoterms and international trade regulations.
- Proven ability to audit and verify invoices, customs records, and trade compliance documentation.
- Skilled in coordinating shipments, resolving freight exceptions, and ensuring accurate landed costs.
- Experience conducting business reviews and tracking performance metrics for continuous improvement.
- Background in data management and process optimization.
- Familiarity with tools such as Click-Up, Acumatica, DOMO, and Maxload/TOPS is a plus.
