_ International Jet Interiors has a great opportunity for an experienced Job Cost Accountant / Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our dedicated team in Ronkonkoma, NY, USA._ Accuracy, prioritization skills and strong attention to detail are critical. International Jet Interiors is America’s leading boutique aircraft modification and refurbishment facility dedicated to private jets, located at Long Island MacArthur Airport in Ronkonkoma, NY.

With clients worldwide, International Jet Interiors has been featured in numerous publications including The Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Time Magazine, The Robb Report as well as being featured on TV with CNBC and The Travel Channel.

The ideal candidate would have a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 - 7 years of Job Costing experience in either construction and/or manufacturing.

Responsibilities Include:

• Calculate and process payroll, reviewing data for accuracy and inputting in QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions
• Accurately input and manage A/P, A/R & G/L accounts
• Prepare and review Job Costing reports including various financial analysis related to manufacturing costs to review with company President
• Prepare documentation for outside CPA firm including all Job Schedules
• Manage employment records and maintain all employee documentation
• Manage employee contributions for 401(k) and health plans
• Work closely with Management regarding profitability reporting, account analysis and projections

Required Skills / Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Full-Charge Bookkeeper
• Previous job costing experience is a MUST
• Must be proficient in QuickBooks, Excel and comfortable learning new software
• Analytical / data-driven mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines
• Self-motivated and must be capable of working independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent written and communication skills
