    We are seeking a talented and motivated Financial Services Marketing and Sales Specialist to join our team on a remote basis. In this role, you will be responsible for driving marketing initiatives to promote our financial services offerings and attract clients. Additionally, we provide comprehensive training for candidates interested in entering the financial services industry, along with opportunities for agency development. This position offers flexible part-time to full-time opportunities, allowing you to create a schedule that fits your lifestyle. Responsibilities: • Product Presentation: Educate clients on the features and benefits of our life insurance products, explaining policy options, coverage details, and premium rates. • Execute our distribution system utilizing our proprietary Trainer/Trainee market discovery strategy. • Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, blog posts, and website content. • Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing materials and campaigns that effectively communicate our value proposition to clients. • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and expansion. • Provide training and support to candidates interested in entering the financial services industry, helping them develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed. • Foster agency development by recruiting and mentoring new agents, and providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals. Qualifications: • Must be over 18 years old and pass a background check. • Active life insurance license, or willingness to obtain one. • Proven experience in marketing, sales or customer service roles. • Computer Skills with Microsoft Office and Zoom. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach. • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently. • Strong integrity and ethical standards, with a commitment to providing honest and transparent advice to clients. • Flexible Schedule. • Willingness to be trained for growth opportunities. • Comfortable working in a team environment. • Multi-lingual is a plus. Compensation: $60,000 - $150,000 yearly
