Job Description
International Logic Systems, Inc. is a government contractor located in the Washington, DC area. A CMMI Level (3) organization, ILS provides integrated services and flexible solutions to federal agencies and private institutions.
le is expected to participate in the following tasks, or projects, and present the following skills:
Manage and conduct user research and concept development.
Research buyer personas and investigate buyer behavior.
Lead the users throughout the process of proposing, wireframing, and implementing UX improvements.
Work closely with leadership, CX, Marketing and Stakeholder teams to identify research needs.
Identify distribution, product, and service opportunities and customer pain
Plan and implement the overall user research strategy and methods.
Provide developer support.
Provide vendor oversight.
Assist with quality analysis and defect testing.
Analyze customer testing results, and determine strategic recommendations to mitigate negative findings
Bachelor’s Degree/Certification(s) or equivalent experience customer testing associated with digital, physical, virtual, and social environments
1+years experience in omni-channel multimedia customer testing
1+years experience in project management
1+years experience test plan/research plan development
Preferred
BS, Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
3+ years’ experience with consumer and Internet-based research
Experience in the travel industry a plus.
3+ years of experience working with Agile tools, eg, Jira
